Innovative Designs Shows 58% Y/E Increase
PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwire - 11/20/09) - Innovative Designs Inc (OTC.BB:IVDN - News) sales for its fiscal year ending October 31, 2009 showed an increase of approximately 58% over the previous year. The trend is continuing into the New Year with comp sales more than 2.5 times that of the first 18 days of last November.

Of course that is great news! The news that the sales increases are accelerating is even better. Of course the stock is a buy here and now.
HOWEVER, I await even better news, and a potential blockbuster news release:
The results of the BUILDINGS PRODUCT test, and when it will be available for sale. If it comes in as expected, the stock will be a POUND THE TABLE BUY, as the housing industry will have a new product they cant do without.

Innovative, exciting and huge potential for profits!

About 4 years ago, a friend, who is a stock broker, and a real smart guy introduced me to a company he had invested substantial monies into. Based on his suggestion alone, without doing any research on my own, I bought 54,400 shares @ around .52, since then I have given it to my Grandkids and at the moment own no shares. Of course the stock has done nothing for all this time.
The company has undergone a great deal of stress and difficulty the past few years, including an (involuntary) bankruptcy (based on a patent dispute, which they won), a flood that obliterated virtually everything, but they stuck around, thanks to its Chairman, who put everything he has on the line. While they had a rough time gaining traction for their product(s), the business seems to be finally taking off!

Last week we all read of two US paratroopers in Afghanistan drowning due to the heavy clothing they wore. With lower weight, better element protection and buoyancy, wouldn't this be a perfect use for the ARTIC ARMOR line of apparel????????

The worlds most precious resource, WATER!
After the close Friday, AMIN,
Made what I consider a major announcement. While details are scant and nothing definitive was announced, the direction they are pursuing seems promising.
Water the is the important resource and something no one can do without, unlike oil, gas etc, it is inexhaustible as the oceans have plenty, all we need is to make it drinkable, a tall task of course, but doable. I don't believe that if AMIN is interested in getting into the business they get into it with a me too type of product.
I don't believe they would have made this PR, if they were not going to follow up with deals, definitive deals
I believe this PR and forthcoming news releases portend major upside to the price
(Of course the valuable real estate holdings, at least $3-4 per share and HMDI will help as well)

Here is my POV, I don't know if its true, I am guessing, I am merely putting out my intuition! If AMIN were going into the water desalination biz with a me too type product, it would be good, and make the stock do well, but what if they are getting into it with a BETTER MOUSETRAP????? Then all hell breaks out with the stock price. SO you either have a good buy here (based on other factors as well), or you have an explosive upmove!
